South Korea Tourist Visa Documents
- Passport valid for at least 6 months
- Bank statement of 6months with stamp and sign
- Occupation / Employment Proof
- Cover Letter stating the purpose of travel
- Duly filled and signed South Korea visa application form
- 2 photographs in white background on matte paper with 80% face close-up, size 35 × 45 mm
- ITR of last 2 years
South Korea Businesss Visa Documents
- Passport valid for at least 6 months
- 2 recent passport-size photographs with a white background
- Occupation / Employment Proof
- Cover Letter stating the purpose of business travel
- Bank statements for the latest 6 months
- Invitation letter from the South Korean company with official stamp
- Copy of the South Korean invitee’s ID
- Company Registration Certificate from South Korea
- Invitation letter from South Korea
- ITR of last 2 years
South Korea Student Visa Documents
- Original Passport with more than 6 months' validity.
- Recently taken 2 passport sized colour photographs.
- Duly filled Online Visa application form by Applicant.
- Copy of all Academic Records with Original Apostille.
- Copy of Recent Degree with Original Apostille.
- Bonafide Certificate with Original Apostille (in case of studying currently).
- Occupation Proof or Employment Proof (in case of currently employed). (Any letter issued by the company/organization should contain employers contact number and contact e-mail id
- 1 Year salary slip.
- Photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR) of last 2 year and PAN Card (in case of currently employed). (If unable to submit ITR then a letter of explanation mentioning the reason must be submitted).
- In case of ownership please submit 3-year company Income Tax Return and PAN Card copy.
- Recent Bank Statement of last 6 months [Bank statement with original stamp and sign by bank authority].
- TB Test Report - Original from the Designated Lab
- Health Condition Form
- Company registration copy and Business profile details in case of ownership in format only
- In case of sponsorship please submit Parent's/Guardian's recent Bank Statement of last 6 months along with parents ITR of 2 year and occupation proof. [Bank statement with original stamp and sign by bank authority].
- Original Admission Certificate from the University (Attestation is not required, either original or scan copy or photocopy can be submitted).

- Sponsorship Letter (if any).
South Korea Working Visa Documents
- Original passport valid for at least 6 months
- Duly filled and signed online visa application form
- Invitation letter from the South Korean company
- Business Registration Certificate of the Korean company
- Contract copy between the Indian and Korean company / individual
- Employment Certificate / Dispatch Letter and salary slips for the last 6 months
- Income Tax Returns for the last 2 years (explanation letter if unavailable)
- Personal bank statements for the last 6 months
- Duly completed Health Condition Report Form
- Duly completed Declaration Form
- Additional supporting documents (if applicable)
